6.      Decay March, 2024

a.      In this competition, we seek images that embrace the raw, rugged, and weathered aspects of our surroundings. Show us the silent narratives that emerge from crumbling architecture, decaying objects, or nature reclaiming its dominion. Whether it's the peeling paint on abandoned buildings, rusted remnants of machinery, decaying flora, or the gradual erosion of once vibrant landscapes, we want to see the beauty that arises from the passage of time.

7.      Framed! April, 2024

a.      Framing in photography refers to the technique of drawing focus to the subject in the photo by blocking other parts of the image with something in the scene. The art of framing goes beyond capturing a subject; it involves considering the elements surrounding it, shaping the viewer's focus, and creating a visual narrative. Seek out intriguing frames within your environment: doorways, windows, arches, natural elements, or any other object or structure that can serve as a visual boundary. Use them to lead the viewer's gaze to the heart of the image.

8.      Is it a painting! No - IT’S A PHOTO! May, 2024

a.      A photograph that appears to be a painting. We want to see photographs that blur the lines between realness of a photo – photos that could be mistaken for masterful paintings. This effect could be achieved in-camera, through post processing or by using the filters in your photo editing software to achieve the painterly effect.
