CCCC Logo Design Contest

Published: Tuesday, March 1, 2016

Open to all CCCC members!

The club is looking for a new logo that we can use to help identify and promote our organization.  It will be used on our website, at our slide show presentations, at gallery exhibits and on other promotional materials.

Here are the requirements:

·         Logo needs to represent the Chester County Camera Club.  By submitting an entry, the member is granting permission for the Chester County Camera Club to use the logo to promote the club.

·         Logo design can be in full color, but the design needs to be able to be converted to black & white and to hold up graphically in b&w.

·         There are no dimension requirements; however, a logo that can be adapted to both a “squarish” version and a horizontal version is helpful, as it will allow the club to use different versions for different purposes.  So not required, but two versions of the same logo would be ideal.

·         Inclusion of photos is okay, but please do not include a graphic “gradient” – any graphic area that fades from dark to light.

·         Multiple entries are permitted. The system will allow up to five entries per person.

·         Logo designs are to be uploaded to the website just like in a competition. Click here to get to the right competition which has a competition date of June 7, the date of our year-end party.   Images will have no identification as to who submitted them to keep entries anonymous for voting. .  The general membership will vote, and the winner will be announced at the year-end party in June.

·         The winner will receive a $50.00 gift certificate to B&H photo.

·         Deadline to enter is Sunday, May 1.

So let’s get creative and have some fun with this!
